Well, now you can — thanks to BushSpeech, a fun little online app that lets you construct sentences for the virtual president to speak. Each word is a separate clip taken from his actual TV appearances. I got him to say “My fellow Americans, the threat to our country is California”. Unfortunately, you’re limited to a fairly small dictionary of words, so you can’t get the application to say “make the pie higher”.
